中国航空新闻网讯：据外媒6月30日报道，德国反垄断监管机构发布声明称，已批准汉莎航空收购波罗的海航空少数股权。据悉，该交易价值约1400万欧元，汉莎航空将获波罗的海航空10%的股权。
德国反垄断机构负责人Andreas Mundt在声明中表示，尽管两者在德国与波罗的海国家之间的几条航线上有着明显的竞争关系，但相关航线市场体量较小，营业额非常低，最终还是批准了此次收购。
