消息人士称，卡佩拉将通过先签后换的方式重返休斯顿。火箭将送出一个2031年次轮选秀权互换资格加上现金给老鹰，以此作为帮助这位老将中锋第二次落脚休斯顿的交换。
根据Shams此前报道，卡佩拉和火箭达成了一份3年价值2150万美元的合同。
