据中华人民共和国驻多哥共和国大使馆消息，6月29日，新任驻多哥大使王敏抵多履新。多国家典礼局局长阿达努和驻多使馆主要外交官到机场迎接。
公开资料显示，王敏曾任外交部礼宾司重大活动处处长、参赞等，后任外交部礼宾司副司长。
多哥位于非洲西部，南濒几内亚湾，东邻贝宁，西界加纳，北与布基纳法索接壤。
