格隆汇6月30日丨中民控股(00681.HK)公告，自2025年7月1日起：(a)刘晓欣获委任为独立非执行董事及公司审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自成员；及(b)独立非执行董事刘骏民已调任为非执行董事。刘骏民将继续担任公司提名委员会成员，惟不再担任公司审核委员会及薪酬委员会成员。
