中国能建（601868/03996）发布公告，近日，董事长宋海良因工作调动辞去董事长、执行董事及其他职务，离任时间为2025年6月30日。
辞任后，公司副董事长倪真将代行董事长职责。公司表示，宋海良的辞任不会影响日常经营，且已确认与董事会及其他董事之间无意见分歧，未涉及需提请股东注意的事项。
2025年一季度，中国能建实现收入1003.71亿元，归母净利润16.12亿元。
