人民财讯6月30日电，合金投资(000633)6月30日晚间公告，公司控股股东广汇能源与九洲恒昌物流股份有限公司（简称“九洲恒昌”）签署股份转让协议，九洲恒昌拟协议收购广汇能源持有的公司20.74%的股份。若交易实施完成，公司控股股东将由广汇能源变更为九洲恒昌，公司实控人将由孙广信变更为王云章。公司股票7月1日开市起复牌。
