中国证监会披露的信息显示，紫光展锐近期已在上海证监局完成IPO辅导备案工作，拟在科创板上市。紫光展锐是全球公开市场3家5G手机芯片处理器厂商一，掌握2G/3G/4G/5G、Wi-Fi、RedCap、蓝牙、电视调频、卫星通信等通信技术。
2024年，紫光展锐销售收入145亿元，同比增长约11%，全年芯片出货超过16亿颗。
