格隆汇6月30日｜明报综合市场消息及一手成交网资料，香港上半年新盘市场暂录约9,250宗成交，创2019年以来的半年新高。注：2019年上半年一手成交约11,665宗。自2月起，一手成交量已连续5个月录每月破1000宗水平。新鸿基的Sierra Sea和Yoho West Parkside项目合计已成交超过2,000宗，成为市场上一手住宅销售表现最佳的发展商。
