据海南省纪委监委6月28日消息：海南省政协原常委王兆民涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受海南省纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。
公开信息显示，王兆民出生于1958年4月，曾任海南省人民政府驻北京办事处主任、省人民政府副秘书长等职，2016年转任海南省政协，2021年6月因任职年龄到限，被免去海南省政协常委职务。
