6月27日，博纳影业（001330）发布公告，股东中信证券投资有限公司及其一致行动人计划在未来三个月内通过集中竞价及大宗交易方式减持不超过4098万股，约占公司总股本的3%；股东浙江东阳阿里巴巴影业有限公司计划在未来三个月内通过集中竞价及大宗交易方式减持不超过2734万股，约占公司总股本的2.0016%。
以上主体合计拟减持不超过6832万股。
2025年一季度，博纳影业实现收入5.25亿元，归母净利润-9.55亿元。
