志晟信息（832171）发布公司与三河市公安局的诉讼进展。2025年6月27日，双方正式签署《和解协议书》。
公司已于2025年6月25日收到三河市人民法院在2025年6月24日出具的准予撤诉《民事裁定书》。公司将依据双方签订的《和解协议书》妥善处理并及时跟进协议执行及应收账款回款进程，正常维护上市公司及全体股东的合法权益。
2025年一季度，志晟信息实现收入1398万元，归母净利润-483万元。
