6月27日，长江电力（600900）发布公告，2025年度公司预计与中国三峡集团及其内部相关单位发生的日常关联交易合计57项，总金额约32.2亿元。相比上年度的预计金额34.83亿元，预计金额有所减少，主要原因是通过集中采购或竞争性采购方式压降费用。
此次公告强调，公司与关联方的交易遵循公平、公正的原则，不会对关联方形成依赖，保持了公司的独立性。
2025年一季度，长江电力实现收入170.15亿元，归母净利润51.81亿元。
