格隆汇6月26日丨中荣股份(301223.SZ)公布，公司于2025年6月26日自黄焕然先生处获悉，中山市公安局出具的《取保候审决定书》显示，根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》相关规定，中山市公安局决定对黄焕然先生取保候审，期限从2025年6月26日起算。同时，从即日起，黄焕然先生已恢复履行董事长、总经理职责。
