据悉，苹果公司近期以1.669亿美元（约合11.97亿元人民币）现金收购了位于北坦塔乌大道10200号的库比蒂诺网关（Cupertino Gateway）园区。该园区包含三栋建筑，约22万平方英尺的办公空间。此次交易已于6月24日完成，相关文件已提交至圣克拉拉县书记官办公室备案。苹果公司此前已租赁该物业，该园区位于苹果总部Apple Park以南，被内部称为“坦塔乌七号”。近年来，苹果一直在逐步将租赁的建筑转变为自有物业，以更好地掌控其依赖的不动产。
