6月25日，钢研纳克（300797）发布公告，陈俊宇因个人原因申请辞去公司证券事务代表职务，该辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。陈俊宇辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
2025年一季度，钢研纳克实现收入2.19亿元，归母净利润1608万元。
