截至6月23日，我市新增25家定点医药机构主动申请解除医保协议（第六批）；据统计全市今年以来已累计主动申请退出医保协议医药机构167家。协议解除且清算后，参保人员发生的医疗费用医保基金将不再予以支付，现就今年以来各地主动申请退出的医药机构（第六批）公示如下。
