格隆汇6月24日丨汇丰控股(00005.HK)公告，继股东于2025年5月2日举行的公司股东周年大会上作出批准后，英格兰及威尔斯高等法院已于2025年6月24日确认取消公司股份溢价账进账14,809,888,249美元及资本赎回储备进账1,755,360,094美元。确认资本削减的法院命令和就此获法院批准的资本声明已送交公司注册处。资本削减将于此等文件在公司注册处登记后生效。
