格隆汇6月24日丨保德国际发展(00372.HK)公告，与截至2024年3月31日止年度亏损约8900万港元相比，预期集团于2025年财政年度将录得亏损不少于约2.09亿港元，主要是由于(a)于2025年财政年度录得本集团于AFC Mercury Fund投资的未变现公平值亏损，而截至2024年3月31日止年度则录得本集团于AFC Mercury Fund投资的未变现公平值收益；及(b)石油化工品板块中的港口及港口相关服务的物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产的减值亏损。
