因“灌南县七座桥梁维修工程”施工，经研究决定对人民桥实施封闭施工，施工工期：2025年7月2日至2025年7月16日，施工期间过往车辆请绕道行驶，注意道路交通标牌、警告和警示标志的提示，服从道路交通和施工管理人员的现场指挥，确保行车安全。
