6月24日，济南住房公积金中心下发《关于支持缴存人购买保障性住房的通知》，明确提出：住房公积金缴存人购买保障性住房的，可提取个人账户住房公积金支付购房首付款，同时可按规定申请使用住房公积金贷款，最低首付款比例为15%。该通知自下发之日起执行。
