人民财讯6月24日电，诺力股份(603611)6月24日晚间公告，控股子公司中鼎智能拟将其持有的无锡森和大智能装备有限公司（简称“无锡森和大”）100%的股权转让给无锡惠西高新技术产业发展有限公司（简称“无锡惠山”），本次股权转让价款为2820万元。本次转让完成后，中鼎智能不再持有无锡森和大股权，并终止建设智能物流设备生产基地项目投资。
