6月23日消息，根据衢州金融监管分局公布的行政处罚信息公开表，中国农业银行股份有限公司衢州衢江支行因贷款管理环节存在疏漏，信贷资金未按合同约定用途使用，被依法处以40万元罚款。与此同时，时任中国农业银行股份有限公司衢州十里丰支行网点副经理的严梦园，因对上述贷款管理不审慎、信贷资金违规使用的问题负有直接责任，被监管部门予以警告处分。
