6月24日，安信永盛定开债券（005677）发布公告，宣布基金经理变更事宜。新任基金经理任凭于2025年6月23日正式上任，具备16年的证券从业经验，曾在招商基金管理有限公司任职，并于2011年加入公司，历任多个职位。
基金经理梁冰哲因工作需要于同日离任，但将继续担任公司其他基金的基金经理。
