近日，上海海警局成功破获首起公海故意杀人案件。船员高某因琐事与同事谭某发生冲突，用水果刀将谭某刺伤致死。接报后，上海海警局第一时间与船长联系，固定证据，协同多部门上船开展现场侦查。目前，犯罪嫌疑人高某因故意杀人罪已被逮捕。
