中央气象台发布台风快讯：
今年第2号台风“圣帕”于23日08时在西北太平洋洋面上生成。
预计，“圣帕”将以每小时25-30公里的速度向西北转偏北方向快速移动，逐渐向日本本州岛南部沿海靠近，强度变化不大。
