人民财讯6月23日电，据杭州发布，为减轻住房公积金缴存职工购房首付款支付压力，杭州住房公积金管理中心推出住房公积金直付购房首付款业务，缴存职工在杭州市购买的新建商品房，可使用公积金直接直付购房首付款，且全程支持线上办理。二手房线上办理功能正在开发中，近期也将推出。
