据湖南省水利厅消息，受持续降雨影响，沅江五强溪水库6月21日11时入库流量超过20000立方米每秒，达到洪水编号标准。根据《湖南省主要江河湖泊洪水编号规定（试行）》，“沅江2025年第1号洪水”形成。湖南省水文水资源勘测中心发布通告，提醒沿河有关单位及公众加强防范，注意避险。（央视新闻）
