格隆汇6月20日丨太平洋酒吧(08432.HK)公告，集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度将录得税后亏损净额约1600万港元至2000万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度("2024年度")则录得税后利润净额约80万港元。
年度预期录得税后亏损乃主要由于(i)物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产的减值亏损准备；(ii)香港消费降级导致本集团收益下降；以及(iii)投资物业的公平值亏损。
