据中国驻阿塞拜疆使馆消息，截至当地时间6月20日12时，已有逾740名中国公民从伊朗经阿斯塔拉口岸撤至阿塞拜疆境内。
中国驻阿塞拜疆使馆17日发布领事消息说，正式启动为从伊朗入境阿塞拜疆和经阿塞拜疆转机回国的中国公民提供必要协助。17日当天，逾百名中国公民从阿塞拜疆与伊朗接壤的阿斯塔拉口岸入境阿塞拜疆。截至20日中午12时，已有746名中国公民自伊朗撤到阿塞拜疆。（新华社）
