6月20日，“上海规划资源”微信公众号发布2025年上海第六批次拟出让商品住宅用地项目清单。本批次拟供商品住宅用地共8幅地块，涉及浦东新区、徐汇区、静安区、普陀区、虹口区、闵行区、青浦区、奉贤区。本次住宅用地出让公告拟于6月下旬发布，7月下旬开始组织交易活动。
