滨海县陈涛镇328省道，丁墩村条洋庄这里的路实在是太烂了！真正鸟不拉屎，亲戚都没法来。
对于村道的建设需要界定，是不是主道，是不是必经之路，有多少户受影响。毕竟户户通虽已在提倡，但实现的难度要比村村通还要难不少，资金上很难实现。若该道路涉及的户数很多，那村干部则有不作为之嫌。
