6月19日，泰林生物（300813）发布公告，控股子公司沃锶达的注销登记手续已完成。公司于2024年10月29日决定注销沃锶达，基于优化资源配置的战略考虑。
此次注销不会对公司报告期内的业绩产生重大影响，也不会损害公司和全体股东的利益。随着沃锶达的注销，其将不再纳入公司的合并报表范围。
2025年一季度，泰林生物实现收入6694万元，归母净利润353万元。
