6月19日，界面新闻从海正药业处获悉，海正药业将与全资子公司瀚晖制药的香港全资子公司辉正国际，合资设立合成生物学独立子公司，暂定名为沄生合成，注册资本3.5亿元；海正药业、辉正国际分别拟认缴出资2.6亿元、0.9亿元。（界面新闻记者 黄华）
