格隆汇6月19日丨滨海投资(02886.HK)公布，于公告日期，公司有288万股已发行可赎回优先股，全数均由泰港置业持有。
鉴于达成该等条件及经考虑集团之财务状况后，公司董事会议决公司将向泰港置业发出通知，按每股可赎回优先股50港元之赎回金额赎回480,650股可赎回优先股，总额为24,032,500港元。
