据央视新闻消息，韩国警方当地时间19日表示，前总统尹锡悦三次拒绝出席警方传唤调查，警方正在与特别检察官协商对其申请逮捕令事宜。
根据韩国相关法律，如果尹锡悦三次拒绝到案接受调查，警方可以对他采取紧急拘留措施，或者在未拘留的状态下提请批捕等措施。（总台记者 张昀）
