证券日报网讯6月18日晚间，法尔胜发布公告称，公司监事会于近日收到职工监事黄晓娟女士递交的书面辞职报告。因个人原因，黄晓娟女士申请辞去公司第十一届监事会职工监事职务。辞职后，黄晓娟女士将不再担任公司及子公司任何职务。
