在长沙找到我的理想生活

　　8月14日，午后一场阵雨，仿佛给长沙灼热的空气退了烧。

　　坐在落地玻璃窗前，杜富能给客人端来泡好的茶及点心，在客人邀约下，随意坐下和其聊起了天。窗外，麻石古街上，过往游客正在三三两两选景拍照。

　　为梦想努力一次

　　杜富能今年28岁，贵州省天柱县人，苗族。如今他是长沙市芙蓉区白果园街区葉时茶馆主理人。2019年大学毕业后，在经历过2年的考编努力后，他坚定选择了一条与其他同学不同的路——自主创业。

　　“毕业后，父母很希望我回到贵州去考编，做一名公务员或者教师，回到他们身边。”杜富能说，从中南林业科技大学毕业后，他也曾加入考编的大军。

　　可在他心中，有一个梦想一直没有泯灭，那就是爱自己所爱，留在长沙做一名非遗文化的传承人。

　　杜富能4岁随祖母学习剪纸，后师承著名剪纸艺术家、中国剪纸家学会理事龙潜珍先生，初中时就在湖南省靖州一中举办了个人剪纸作品展。大二期间，他自主创业，成立富能民艺工坊，在长沙打造一支高校青年非遗队伍，其剪纸作品两度被作为礼品出访英国班戈大学，让非遗文化走向了世界。

　　“父母再次催我回贵州考公，我斩钉截铁拒绝了。”杜富能说，他知道，做文创和非遗注定是一条布满荆棘的路，但不管前方有多苦，他都想为梦想努力一次。

　　读书期间，杜富能因为跟随湖南大学及本校的老师参与过长沙老街改造项目，感受到了长沙浓浓的烟火气与市井文化。2022年，他来到白果园街区，几番寻找，终于在苏家巷盘下了一个80多平方米的小店。

　　老街里主理非遗茶馆

　　穿过人声鼎沸的五一广场和步行街，很快就到了白果园。这时，你抬头望见的是湖南和平解放史事陈列馆。面朝陈列馆，沿着左边的麻石老街，步行三五十来米，你就看到了古色古香的葉时茶馆。

　　“我更希望看到的不是非遗被束之高阁，而是融入人的生活，让艺术回归生活是我一个很大的愿景。”杜富能说，经过仔细思考，他觉得茶是个最好的媒介。于是，苗族非遗茶馆——葉时茶馆应运而生。

　　走进葉时茶馆，我们也就走进了主理人杜富能自己设计施工经营的精神世界。茶馆面积不大，非遗元素贯穿整个空间，墙上的苗族服饰、花色精美的苗绣制品，特色的苗族剪纸、小而巧的实木桌、树皮纸做的灯……这些鲜活的元素组成了白果园中的活态非遗场域。

　　“长两米三的条凳是从贵州老家扛来，已有200年历史，所有的木构装饰全都是从贵州老吊脚楼中拆选过来的，每一件老家具都有自己的故事和温度。”杜富能告诉记者，店门口采用苗族传统的门不对口的建筑风格设计，外人戏称“歪门邪道”，而他们苗族人称之为“财门义路”。入户的楼梯一级比一级高，表示进门“步步高”，出门时楼梯一级比一级宽，则表示出门“路路宽”，店内墙纸是用苗族非遗手工构皮子糊的，灯具和其他装饰也都是主理人手工制作。葉时茶馆不定期开展非遗活动，被游客们亲切称呼为“小型的民俗博物馆”。

　　月亮与六便士

　　杜富能说，在经历过重重困难后，现在葉时茶馆已开始了良性运转。

　　“2022年茶馆装修，当时很困难，很多工作都得自己动手，装修一拖就是6个月，浪费了不少租金。”杜富能介绍，2023年春节试营业，同年3月8日正式营业，游客开始陆陆续续多了起来。

　　“茶馆转让费、房租、装修、设备及原材料等先后投入了近60万元，大学期间赚的，家里支持的基本上都投进去了。”杜富能坦言，目前经营上仍有不少压力，但幸好目前还清了欠款，茶馆也已基本上运转稳定了。

　　毕业后，杜富能的同学有的考了研考了博，有的进了家居设计公司等，有的考了公，也有的在继续寻找方向。“每个人都有每个人的路，只要是为自己想要的生活在努力，都很OK。”杜富能说，他很满意现在的自己，因为他找到了自己的理想生活。

　　“每天都有茶客进来，享受静谧的时光，欣赏店内的非遗文化。我们也把少数民族风俗带了进来，在白果园织布、剪纸、刺绣、祭桥，与原居民毫无障碍地交流交往，这过程，是少数民族和汉民族的文化交流与融合，也是活态非遗文化的不胫而走。”杜富能说。
