新京报贝壳财经讯 6月17日，杭州高新公告称，公司董事倪云康因个人原因辞职，辞去董事、战略委员会委员等职务。倪云康辞职后不在公司担任其他职务。倪云康的辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效，其辞职不会对公司日常经营产生不利影响。倪云康的原定董事任期为2024年2月19日至2027年2月18日。截至公告披露日，倪云康未持有公司股份。
