近日，宁波海关所属北仑海关关员在对一批儿童玩具、塑料杯子等货物进行查验时，发现该毛绒玩具疑似侵犯“ Labubu 春日精灵系列”著作权。
经联系权利人确认，该批货物均为侵权货物。经清点，侵权儿童玩具共有20240个。目前，海关已依法扣留该批货物。
