T-Mobile(TMUS.US)盘前下跌近4%报221.94美元，软银通过出售T-Mobile股份筹集了48亿日元。彭博引述交易文件称，日本软银(SoftBank)通过大宗交易出售美国电讯商T-Mobile股份，套现49亿美元。软银通过美银配售2150万股T-Mobile，每股作价介乎224至228美元。配售价较T-Mobile周一收市价有逾3%折让。该批股份相当于T-Mobile的1.9%股权。
