6月16日，双杰电气（300444）发布公告，控股股东、实际控制人赵志宏将其持有的4054万股办理质押，占其所持的25.61%及公司总股本的5.08%；同时解除质押2716万股，占其所持的17.16%及公司总股本的3.40%。
截至公告披露日，赵志宏累计质押8884万股，占其持股总数的56.13%。
2025年一季度，双杰电气实现收入5.98亿元，归母净利润95万元。
