新京报贝壳财经讯 6月16日，珠江啤酒公告，公司董事长王志斌因已届退休年龄，申请辞去公司董事、董事长及董事会战略委员会主任委员、提名委员会委员职务。王志斌辞职后不再担任公司任何职务，且未持有公司股份。公司董事会已选举黄文胜为新任董事长，任期自审议通过之日起至第四届董事会换届之日止。公司法定代表人亦变更为黄文胜。
