经纬辉开公告，公司拟出售全资子公司长沙宇顺100%股权，交易受让方为华诺星空。交易价格为1.12亿元，股权转让款全部支付完毕后十个工作日内，由长沙宇顺向新辉开支付应付款项2796.32万元，即华诺星空合计向公司及新辉开支付1.4亿元。交易完成后，长沙宇顺将不再纳入公司合并报表范围。
