6月16日，ST盛屯（600711）发布公告，董事会近日收到证券事务代表肖静芸的辞职报告，因个人原因其辞去证券事务代表职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
根据相关法律法规，肖静芸的辞职自送达董事会之日起生效，且不会影响公司相关工作的正常开展。
2025年一季度，ST盛屯实现收入56.67亿元，归母净利润2.91亿元。
