6月16日，天岳先进（688234）发布公告，鉴于公司原董事王欢已辞去公司第二届董事会董事职务，为保障公司董事会工作的正常运行，公司开展了董事补选工作。
经董事会提名，并经公司提名委员会审核同意，公司董事会同意提名王俊国为第二届董事会非独立董事候选人。
2025年一季度，天岳先进实现收入4.08亿元，归母净利润852万元。
