格隆汇6月13日丨永发置业(00287.HK)发布公告，集团预计截至2025年3月31日止年度的全年业绩将录得亏损约7100万港元至7700万港元，较上年度的亏损约5000万港元，增加约2100万港元至2700万港元(或42%至54%)。亏损扩大主要是由于是年度的投资物业的公平价值亏损较去年增加约123%所致。
