新京报讯 6月12日，杭州市西湖水域管理处发布情况说明。其中提到，6月10日，一男子在湖滨公园粗暴拖拽野生松鼠尾巴，导致其尾部断裂，负伤逃离。后续有关部门将依法对该男子作出严肃处理。
