6月12日，河北金融监管局网站发布批复，同意张家口银行变更注册资本方案，募集国有股份不超过18亿股。该行应根据有关规定，加强对股东资质审核。同时应严格审查入股资金来源，投资人入股资金必须为自有资金，且确保资金来源合法，不得以委托资金、债务资金等非自有资金入股。
