6月11日，华东政法大学官网更新，肖凯已任华东政法大学党委副书记、校长。
此番履职前，肖凯担任上海市闵行区人民法院党组书记、副院长、代理院长。
公开资料显示，肖凯，1973年11月生，湖北武汉人，1999年12月加入中国共产党，2002年8月参加工作，研究生学历，法学博士，教授。
