欧盟委员会6月10日宣布无条件批准欧洲卫星运营商SES收购国际通信卫星公司（Intelsat）的拟议交易。欧盟委员会认定，该交易不会在欧洲经济区引发竞争担忧。
去年4月，SES宣布将斥资31亿美元收购国际通信卫星公司。
